Tre Kronor af Stockholm

The brig Tre Kronor af Stockholm, one of Sweden's most beautiful ships, is now being sold by the bankruptcy administrator after the bankruptcy of the owning company in September 2023.

Tre Kronor af Stockholm was built between 1997 and 2008 on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. The launching took place on August 27, 2005, and Tre Kronor of Stockholm was subsequently christened by her godmother HRH Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden.

The hull is entirely built of oak while the deck has been laid with quarter-sawn Siberian larch. Approximately 550 m3 of oak has been used, equivalent to about 1000 oak trees, and approximately 800 meters of larch for the deck and deckhouse.
